Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is not only worthwhile, it is recommended by SFI.

You will be sending regular newsletters once per week to the team, as usual but a welcome letter must go out on the day of sign up.

When a new PSA signs in to the affiliate Center for the first time he will be greeted with a welcome letter from his sponsor. The sponsor must set up this letter and save it.

You should also send a welcome letter by team mail within 24 hours. New PSA's need to know about important

Think about what you as a new PSA would prefer to receive. In my opinion it is better to be more personable.

I send out something along to the lines of:

Dear....

Welcome to SFI. I am your sponsor and would like to introduce myself.

My name is .... and I am here to help you to reach your goals. I have been in the business for.... and have some experience in how SFI works.

Please contact me at (give contact information you feel comfortable sharing).

I think there is a way to do both - you could start with one of the group emails but be sure to use the ~FIRSTNAME~ feature so it will look as if it is addressed directly and personally to your new PSA. This is helpful if you have more than one and want to get something out right away to welcome them to your team. or you have a standard letter you send out to new PSA's letting them know who you are and how to get started with SFI.

The next day would be a good time to send one of the ECards

Remember when you have signed up, how overwhelmed you feel with all the screens, tabs etc.

A friendly e-card where your sponsor welcomes you with a short welcome message and his/her email with an invitation to contact him/her would let you feels more at home.
If your sponsor sends you then a welcome email where he/she explained briefly how to begin just to give you guidance to the right links and screens you wouldn't feel so overwhelmed.

This email can be send to a group,

In an ideal world, it would be wonderful to individually welcome all of our affiliates!

In my case I have close to 400, few of whom read English. So I have to ask myself what value there is in sending a mass mailing that most of my downline will simply ignore because they can't read it.

I know they can use the nifty translator located on most pages, but at this point many don't know it is there. And, the translation are sometime very confusing, and alter the meaning of what

I think it’s a great idea to send an individual welcome letter to your new PSAs. They need to know who their sponsor is, and you need to establish a relationship with them. Put yourself in their shoes. You’ve signed up for this new opportunity, but you’re a little suspicious about whether or not it is a viable business. After all, you’ve been tricked several times by online marketers who promised that you’d earn lots of money overnight, and you haven’t made a thing! You decided you’d

Hi,

The answer to the above question is simple " yes". One should be taking special interest in mailing your PSA and CSA. Of the various important reason that come to mind, the following can be mentioned as important ones.

1) Each individual or each PSA wants to feel wanted in the team. Sending individual letters would just mean that his upline is watching him and will be available for support at any moment.
2) Its a team endeavour and each team member wants to

It is definitely worthwhile to send individual welcome messages to your new affiliates, no matter how many you receive each day.

When you send a welcome message and paste the person's name in the letter, this gives a personal touch. New affiliates also will receive your letter, even though they have not yet whitelisted SFI or TripleClicks or confirmed their email address.

Sending a personal message makes a person feel welcome and see that you are a real person, too. It

I use both, Individual and Team Mail.

The new e-cards, are very effective, as an eye-catcher. I use the "Welcome e-cards" for each individual, with a short welcome message, and advising them to read team mail, for
advise in how to start and make their first 500 VP

I also follow with other e-cards, if they make 500 VP, in first 24 hours, or attain EA
as well as contacting affiliates that "do not move"

As per Team mail, I send them a series

First, a tip. Make sure you have reviewed and saved your automatic welcome message SFI sends to your new PSA's, as well as new CSA's. Your "New PSA Greeting" and "New CSA Greeting" can be seen and edited here: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/Miscellaneous

TeamMail messages via your Genealogy, as well as the PSA Mailer and CSA Mailer at the Power Tools tab, are sent to the Affiliate's registered e-mail address, and to their "TeamMail" inbox at their SFI Affiliate
