Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Well Jovan what you should do is ask yourself that question? The bulk mailer is for everyone but?, you can breakdown the mailer to go to just your new psa's or csa's or maybe you want to go to just your psa's you can do that. Now if your talking about a couple of people then your gonna do that separately anyway. Remember to insert your HTML code for your letter where you want there name to be placed. You see SFI has thought of almost everything! Now to the first part if your sponsor sent you

Personal contact is very important in building relationships. If you are concerned about the workload then limit the number of PSAs you sponsor. In my own case I believe that 10 a week is more than enough to give full attention to while doing the other work within my operation at the same time.

I use group mailings for broadcasting information and tips or to keep in touch with inactive PSAs and CSAs

Helo Jovan,

For PSAs coming in for the very first time in My opinion, I will say if your enrolling speed is 5 per week it will be,wise to treat them with some form of a warm welcoming smile by greeting them with their first Name mentioned on your Mail to them.
For your first impression leaves a lasting mark or sign in their memories for life. For every one is customer treat them nicely the first time you keep them loyal for life, how about that?

My regards

I believe it's good when people feel connected...cared for...and singled out. When I know you are talking to me...directly to me, you have my attention, and I will pay attention, commit and not let you down. When I feel like a number, I tend to taper off.

Because of that, I try to approach my PSAs accordingly.

The first to apologize, my english is not the best but I hope that the answer will be clear enough.

COURSE! If you do not have a lot of members of each direct contact is more than desirable. Everyone feels good when they can communicate with you as a friend, when you get mail that is intended only to him, when I get an answer to a direct question. Such members will try and keep your trust honor and will do their best to succeed and for me and for you. Group messages have no souls, are

Hi..It 's very important to send a welcome letter to a new PSA is a new CSA so they know who the sponsor is active and they can count on us for any questions and help: After sending a letter of welcome is also nice post Then send an e -card Oa welcome letter is a thing of consistency to a new arrival. For example, if in our house a guest comes to visit us hosts the diamoil welcome to visit us so we have to be polite even with our new PSA and CSA

Yes, you can send out group mailings but remember, when you send out an individual message to a member they have their own ~FIRSTNAME~ setup. That alone will make them feel that you care and also start a great relationship for you and the members business.

They in turn will do the same duplicating what you did. Sometimes it might seem like alot of work but in the long run it will prove to be a valuable move.

Yes, I send an individual letter to every affiliate I get. In my opinion if you do not send an individual personal email to your new affiliates and follow up with personal contacts, they will never develop into one of the minimum 5 stars that you need to be active and duplicating your actions. If an affiliate has a feel that you are mass mailing they will never learn to duplicate your actions and they will never be active.

Of course it is desirable to have personal contact with each affiliate, but this is not always possible, especially if you have 20 or more affiliates join at the same time!

It's okay for your first contact to be a group mail as you can use the ~FIRSTNAME~ command to personalise it.

After the initial contact, if you see affiliates who are performing well then use the chat platform to speak to them in real time or email them personally with your wise words, offers of assistance
