What methods can I use to attract college students to join SFI?

One thing about colleges is they always have bulletin boards galore. Try making fliers to put on their ad boards, and check them at least once a week. If you happen to know anybody that goes to a college you can use that person to hand out your ads. One way that I have seen to advertise is to make your ads with little tabs with your contact info
on them, this way they can tear the tab off and you can keep count of how many tabs have been removed.
At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

The best countries that I think are the best are USA,Canada,India,UK, Australia,one thing that I like doing is checking where the most of the affiliates come from. And one of the most signups are from India. Also if you ever purchased affiliates from TripleClicks you'll notice USA & Canada cost more, I wonder why. Anything that has to do with marketing you need to test your ads daily.
What are the best FREE methods for attracting and sponsoring new affiliates?

Best way to attract new affiliates is by making sure to advertise daily. Try to break it up, 1 day traffic exchanges, another day safelist, rotators work really good. but the most important thing is to keep track of how your ads are doing. Sign up with an ad tracker it will let you know which ads are doing better.

One, I suggest is don't make your downline feel like your trying to sell them something.
Always offer your help to them. Remember some of them might be intimidated with the website at first glance. Most important put yourself in their place. Let them know your a real person that cares about their success. I hope this helped.

I would first make the person feel comfortable, then I think You should discuss what they think of SFI and why they joined, reminding them that it isn't a get rich quick scheme.
Also ask them will they be able to do at least 1 hour a day to do the TO-DO-LIST and read some of the alerts and go to the forum so the person can get used to reading and sharing ideas. Also assure them that you will be there for them to help them duplicate what your doing to be successful. Remember something new is always hard until they catch on.

Best marketing methods that I would recommend would be safelist, check to see how many members are registered the more the better. There are some really good safelist to use. Traffic exchanges are another good way to advertise, look for the ones that offer the most points for surfing, remember the points you earn you'll use to advertise your ads. Don't pay for any of these programs. Free will be just fine,the more you surf the better results with your ads. Banners are good also, Text ads,emails,auto responders. Just a few to mention. My approach to attracting new affiliates isn't working. What should I do now?

I'm not sure what approach you are using to attract new affiliates,if your using safelist, traffic exchanges, etc, then I would suggest maybe if you can afford them buying affiliates, they have some pretty good deals, but just like anything that has to do with signups there's no guarantee that they will be active. I have learned that you need to be so patient when it comes to using safelist and all the other advertising programs, it can get really discouraging fast. Hang in there you'll get past this.

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

The most important thing about being a team leader is leading by example. If you suggest for them to try something, you have to lead. Always keep in touch with them, at your LP page they recommend how many times to blog, also at the To-Do-List the tab Stream also tells you what day to write to your team. Again, it's not always easy to get results from your team but as long as your doing your part you'll be just fine.
Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Yes, you can send out group mailings but remember, when you send out an individual message to a member they have their own ~FIRSTNAME~ setup. That alone will make them feel that you care and also start a great relationship for you and the members business.
They in turn will do the same duplicating what you did. Sometimes it might seem like alot of work but in the long run it will prove to be a valuable move.
