An entire workable system is already set in place for you, and until you really get it, just follow the guidelines, work the to-do list daily, invite individuals into the business, and invite other businesses to ECA, use your links on social media, and make SFI a priority in your life.

I believe it's good when people feel connected...cared for...and singled out. When I know you are talking to me...directly to me, you have my attention, and I will pay attention, commit and not let you down. When I feel like a number, I tend to taper off.

Because of that, I try to approach my PSAs accordingly.

The best way to get new affiliates to log in daily is to stop trying to convince them, and instead, set an example for them. And also raise the bar. Keep encouraging them to discipline themselves to show up at their virtual office, do their daily chores, check their inbox, review their goals, read their mail, check on their team, etc.. Those are the chores that the affiliate center requires. If they want to succeed in any business, virtual or brick and mortar, this kind of discipline would be essential. It is said that it takes 30-90 days to make a habit. So incentivize them to do it for 30 days, then 60 days, and then 90. When they cross over each hurdle, give them a sincere pat on the back, a small gift, or take them out for a virtual drink to celebrate. In time they will get the hang of it, and be happy to do it on their own, and have others duplicate their efforts.
