I believe that this varies from one situation to another. For instance, if I have personally recruited someone by talking to him or her, explaining all about SFI and this person decides to join, then I would send him or her an individual welcome letter. However, I often buy signups from an ECA and consequently get over a hundred people in a very short period time, here I decide to send them all a welcome letter in a group mailing.

You can personalize it somewhat by using ~FIRSTNAME~ in

Yes, its worthwhile to send individual welcome message to each new PSA. Just paste each name on the message, It may or may not the same message because sometimes, when you log in to see that you have some new PSA; you will discover that some have started working and has even got the fast track badge already. So the message will be different from the other. Hope it helps

Yes, it is :)

I prefer individual welcome letters rather then group mailings. Group mailings are very useful once at week, but personal letter is giving you opportunity to make direct contact with new PSAs.
Two or three months ago I have started to use welcome e-card which are really nice.
The fact is that very little percentage of new PSAs will respond, but never mind! You are here to do your job and be ready to help them!

In any organization when a new person arrives they should be greeted and welcomed. It also lets the new PSA know who you are and that there is a real person that is there to assist them in anyway they can. In this business a lot of people sign up and don't go further, so it is my job to give them a quick route to my open door policy. I like to send them a welcome letter as soon as SFI notifies me of the sign up. Group mailings are good to use on a weekly basis for your team messages which usually

Good Question. Just want to mention that your affiliate will definitely feel special if you send a personlized email especially within the 24 hours of their signups. You can personalize your group email through your Geneology page or your PSAs/CSAs Mailers by leaving ~FIRSTNAME~ in the "Dear" field or in any part of the document you would like your affiliate's name mentioned.

Below are the links. I hope this helps.

For new PSA I think the best way to send them a welcome letter individually, no matter how many you got at the moment (new), because it is still in my opinion the best so-called "personal" approach to new members, so they can gain self-confidence in you as a sponsor, and work in SFI, to know that you are taking your time and devoted yourself to them, so it will be safer and it will later be able to count on you and your help
If it were otherwise, it would be the same job like any

#1. Always track your advertising methods. This way you know which advertising methods are working and which ones are not. This will save you money and time. Ask your upline member which methods have worked for him/her. Some affiliates are computer savvy enough to market online(email marketing, PPC, personal website...etc) and some may need a little more help at it. Some affiliates are better at working the telephone and some are better at working the post office. Either way it's all good. Help your

I think i it is just OK to send out group mail to welcome new affiliates but i still believe that it is better to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs.

Personally, I send the Welcome E-card but I still choose what I feel is most appropriate for the receiver. A younger affiliate may receive the sneaker E-card design while the more senior affiliate may appreciate the formal designs.

Then I add up a welcome letter under it which depends also on their age, background and
