Both Individual mails and Group mails have it's own special place. By sending out both, your PSA’s will realize that you try to get to know and help them on a more personal level as well as guiding the team as a whole.

A. INDIVIDUAL MAIL:

-Individual welcome letters to each new PSA have the purpose of letting them feel real special and welcome in a new and unfamiliar place (All of us have been there). Your downline is like a family and you should make them feel like that

I believe it is extremely important and worthwhile to send out individual welcome letters to each new PSA. I also sent one out to my new CSA's. Remember this is the very first time you will meet your new team member and you definitely want that first impression of you to be a good one. Also remember that your success in duplication depends on how your new member performs and how comfortable they feel with you to ask for assistance if they should need it.

I always offer some small advice

I will answer this question by asking another question: Is it necessary to welcome new PSAs at all?
The obvious answer is YES!

Therefore if it is worth welcoming PSAs, then it is worth doing it well, as they say:
"What is worth doing at all, is worth doing well".

So, YES, it is worth sending individual welcome letters to new PSAs instead of group mailings.
It's a more professional way to do it.
Your PSA will feel important to receive a personal

Yes! Of course it is worthwhile to send your new PSA a welcome letter.

You are building up a business and people want to have that personal contact with the one that they are doing business with.

You want to be able to open up the communication line and also you would want to have your new PSA to start having some trust with you.

What I do is,

Hi,

Good Day!

Based on my experience, every time I send GROUP MAIL to my 70 1st Gen-PSAs and 150 CSAs, I never received a single response from them.

Here is what I found out, all messages that I sent to them, they thought those were only notifications coming from SFI corporate email and they tend to read them later. But this does't mean that sending GROUP MAILER in our GENEALOGY page is not effective. Apart from getting 30 VERSA POINTS every week for sending GROUP

The SFI provides several tools and materials to ease the work of affiliates. So there is a reason why they create both tools: individual or group mailing. As the names implies one will understand their usage.

To answer your question, I will first of all remind you that there is a popular saying in SFI, 'WORK WITH THE WORKERS'. The workers are the movers so it is advisable to use the individual tool in communicating with your movers, with individual mailing you will cultivate the habit

Hello Jovan,

Personally, I prefer individual messages. I have a short welcome letter I send to new affiliates as soon as they arrive, because chances are they will also read my official PSA Greeting, and I don't want to inundate them with too much information.

If many affiliates arrive at the same time, I send them my short welcome message through a group mail, only because I want them to receive it as soon as possible. But if they arrive one by one, I like to send them E-cards

It definitely is!!!You must make contact with your new PSAs to start your role as an AWESOME leader/Sponsor.Remember when you first come here everything is new and it sure feels great to know that there is some one there and willing to help you along. It creates a sense of security.Even though you read sometimes it can be a bit confusing so your welcome is way of comforting your PSA stop them from feeling overwhelmed.

Hello Jovan,

I think it is important to reach out to your new sign ups,
as soon as possible. I use the ECards for this.
I click on their name in Genealogy, then open their VP Ledger
and send a Welcome ECard based on their activity.
Just a quick welcome note, maybe a reminder of the 200 VP bonus
and how to achieve it.
Maybe, mention of a contest or reward.
I follow with a Group Welcome Email to any signups at the end of each day.

While

Sending Welcome Letters to New PSAs is a way of showing that you appreciate them and you are there to assist them. I believe it is definitely worthwhile to send individual mail so that you personalise the mail and adress the immediate need of each affiliate as you would have identified by going to their profile and checking how they are doing right from the onset.

However, the practicality/feasibility of sending individual mail can be quite challenging for the following reasons
