Set a goal to meet at least one new person a day. When you first meet a new person the goal is not to introduce any business or product. The goal is to get to know the person on a personal level and allow them to get to know you on a personal level.

When I am out and about doing my normal lifestyle activities I like to engage in friendly conversations with the people I meet. For example, at a visit to my doctor while waiting in the lobby for my appointment, I usually strike up conversations with people who are waiting just like I am. The conversation is about the weather, the shoes they have on, and their hairstyle or sometimes the person even looks familiar to me.

Once, a conversation gets started, I let it flow. I enjoy the flow and I listen to hear a need or concern. Then, I tell my related story, sharing my experience with the common problems we all have and information about the solution I found to help me get what I needed. For instance, a health issue like being pre or post-menopausal problems and the solution I have found is taking vitamins.

Then I share the information about liquid nutrition how it has helped me. Then I tell them how they can purchase it at TripleClick.com and hand them my card. I tell them the doctor knows I am taking it, and advise them to discuss it with the doctor for themselves. For me, there is no pressure to sale anything. I see myself as a person who seeks to serve and fill the common needs that everybody has. First, everyone needs to be as healthy as possible.

Secondly, everyone can use an additional source of income. This is really easy to do. Now, that I am past my own health crisis, I am looking forward to getting back to doing what comes natural for me, meeting new people and sharing the good news about the TripleClicks.com Liquid Nutrition. Once, they become a customer, then they will have the added blessing of being able to see how easy it is to share good news and even earn an income from just sharing good news.

Why is this sentence work?

1. All they want to hear a good story.
2. If it is only two minutes it's safe for them to hear the story.

So what do we do next?

Well, you simply share your "One-Minute Presentation"(talking about presentations that Tom teaches in his books, I advise you to read them if you have not yet). If after the one-minute presentation people are interested you can talk long and wide.

So try this:

And watch the eyes of your potential customers light up while tilting slightly forward eagerly waiting to hear your story.

If you are not a "people person," SFI will be perfect for you. You can be quite successful without a face-to-face with anyone. Since this is an online opportunity, most of what we do is through the computer. There are several ways to communicate with others without being in their presence.

You don't need to pressure friends and family to get involved. As your success grows you may feel bad you did not get them involved earlier.

I have the same problem as you. Although I am outgoing, I am not very comfortable with sales pitches. To overcome this, I started telling some of my family members about the business aspect of SFI. I also mentioned the PennyAuctions and told how much some of the winner paid for the item they won in the auction.

I also started talking to my coworkers about it. When someone speaks about retiring or leaving the company, I take the opportunity to tell them my plans for leaving the company. I tell them I started a home based business and tell them about the opportunity at SFI.

Although I have not signed any of them up yet, I have piqued their interest. They ask me how the business is going and I tell them about it.

Basically, my advice is to start with your family and friends by working either Tripleclicks or SFI in casually. Eventually, they will be curious and start asking you about the opportunity. After you get comfortable talking to your family about it, then talking to random people with become second nature.

We all have our strengths and weaknesses - I can convince an Eskimo that he needs ice but when it comes to closing the deal I can not do it because I can not for the life of me convince somebody that they have to pay money they don't have - even if I know they need my product!!
So I would suggest - don't talk to them - chat to them like you would chat about a movie you've seen or a book you read. Start with your friends and family - not with strangers.
Try blogging and write about your experience with SFI - it is easier because you can think about what you are saying. Do a blog like a personal diary - except you don't write about your love life or disappointments - you write about what you've learned or achieved with SFI - keep it short, lighthearted and positive and give your reader just enough to intrigue them to come back.
You can have your personal chats to people by using and saying what you've written in your blog that day.
Baby steps - little by little you will get better at talking to people - even strangers.

The easiest way to do that is to tell them "I have recently joined an online business and I believe that WE can make money with it". Then tell them that their opinion is very valuable to you. Give them your gateway and ask them to sign up. Let them know that it is completely free and they can opt out at any time.
