In a word? Everything. If I were asked what I love MOST about SFI? My answer would be the training, both from SFI and the forum. I also get a lot of advice and tips from my upline, as well as offering the same to my downline. I also love how quick everyone is to help, even when it doesn't benefit them directly. We are a tight-knit community here and I love that too. Lastly, I love the fact that everyone starts over each month. That forces us to keep pushing and striving for what we want in life.

It's not about greed, and most of us get that. Like anything else, the way people take things depends almost entirely on how you say it. I would recommend treating the issue like an investment in their business instead of spending their money so that you make money. As business investments go, $36.25 is a paltry sum. Remind them why they got into the business.

Was it more free time?
was it money for vacations with the family?
Was it to pay off bills?
Was it to improve the overall quality of your life?

Although it takes money to make money, I have never seen a business that takes so little money. Make them see that this is truly an investment not only in their business, but also in their future.

Sometimes we have to put things into a more familiar perspective for our downline.

Simply ask them, "If you owned a bakery or a gas station, would you expect to be there everyday?" If they know anything about business, the answer should be yes. As a business owner, it is your responsibility to make the bread and cakes. order the flour and sugar, count the money and pay the bills.

Our business is only different in that we "go to work" online. We still need to be there to do all the necessary things to be successful. Read the forum and launchpad, go to Ask SC, communicate with our downline, answer questions, shop and bid at TC.com. These are the tools of our success, and we are the only ones that can wield them. Each of us is responsible for our own business because it belongs to us. Therefore it is up to us to do the things necessary to make it a successful business.

I believe there are three types of leaders. Those that are born to lead, those that develop leadership skills, and those that are born leaders, but are reluctant to lead.

Most of us fall into one of these categories. The largest group are those that develop leadership skills. SFI is a great resource for this. Between Launchpad, the articles, ASK SC and the forum, you have many sources to help you.

The most important aspect of leadership is to lead by example. It is hard to ask others to do that which we are not willing to do. This is also the first part of duplication. First YOU do it, then you teach them how to do it. If you do, then you are leading without really realizing that you are.

The second most imprtant aspect of leadership is mentoring. getting on the forums, answering questions in ASK SC, and personally helping your downline are the key elements of mentoring in SFI. In order to effectively mentor others, we must know what to do ourselves. This requires learning and putting these concepts into action in a kind of hands on learning environment. This leads you back to aspect number one.

So, learn, lead by example, and mentor. If you do these three things you will be a great leader and it won't matter whether you were born to it or not.

If you are not a "people person," SFI will be perfect for you. You can be quite successful without a face-to-face with anyone. Since this is an online opportunity, most of what we do is through the computer. There are several ways to communicate with others without being in their presence.
First: go to www.proprofit.tripleclicks.com and get on a standing order for 30
guaranteed PSA's per month for $45 USD. You also receive VP each month for
your standing order.
Second: There are many free advertising online sites. This is very hit-or-miss
especially compared to option 1 above.
Third: You can add a signature line to your emails. There are example signatures in
the "Marketing" tab of your affiliate home page.
Fourth: Utilize social media. It is a good way to tell family and friends what you are
up to while getting free advertising for your business.
Fifth: Send out E-cards. It's free, and it is professionally done.
sixth: There are also professionally done fliers in your marketing aids section that
are also professionally done.
There are many other options available as well. The only limit is your own creativity and your ability to act. That is 90% of this business. DO something even if it is wrong, you learn, you grow. Both are important for the growth of your business. However, bidding at Price Benders gives you two distinct advantages currently.

1. Although both give you 1 Action Versa Point (AVP) per play, or bid, Price Benders will give you a max of 500 AVP. Eager Zebra games only offers a max of 200 AVP.
