In a nut shell, my answer is actually in a form of a question..."how may I serve".
As a Team Leader, you will be busy with down line members through modeling, coaching, teaching, consulting and leading. All of these actions are a form of serving.
The most important task of any leader is to investigate and follow through on how to best serve down line members to attain their best and to serve their downline members too.
The first most important thing you should be doing as Team leader is to lead a team effectively, you must first establish your leadership with each team member. Remember that the most effective team leaders build their relationships of trust and loyalty. Set an example to team members by being open and Be clear when communicating. Encourage team members to share information.
As a team leader you have to be a super sponsor. Teach your members what you have learned your sponsor or if you've learned. In order to duplication. Let your members are just like you. It was a success and then you will be an amazing leader. Because what you do, and make your members. Trudi will be the best and your team will be a lot like that. My fellow SFI member, as a team leader it is a responsibility where we should strive to always lead by good examples,that's one,the SINGLE most important thing we should be doing is to open for business which is our daily to-do list and being supportive ,helpful to our downline success. in a nutshell this is what most important i think is the right thing to do apart from gaining knowledge from the training tools of being a good leader or sponsor,as far as am concern every aspects of SFI and trippleclicks are important,but those above is important my friend,

The most important thing about being a team leader is leading by example. If you suggest for them to try something, you have to lead. Always keep in touch with them, at your LP page they recommend how many times to blog, also at the To-Do-List the tab Stream also tells you what day to write to your team. Again, it's not always easy to get results from your team but as long as your doing your part you'll be just fine.

An effective Team Leader needs to be Transparent to initiate duplication. Any amount of suspicion among his sponsored affiliates because they see the lack of honesty or consistency in what he preaches and what the company is all about will trickle down loss of trust and eventually loss of interest. So for duplication to materialize, the fundamentals should be in the proper places!
