Tne best and most cost effective way to boosting SFI will always boil down to the dedication you put in the business.

For those who are financially challenged, a good amount invested in technology like a pc and internet subscription that will enable you to log in everyday and check your account is necessary. Then you have to relentlessly promote and advertise SFI to build a team and Tripleclicks to generate sales using the available free ad sites in the web.

Should I set up an email capture and autoresponder on my blog and, if so, what are some examples of what to put into the series?

Technically, email capture and/or autoresponders sets you in a position to be identified as a spam-free correspondence thereby setting up the conditions for developing trust in a business relationship. In SFI, though we must emphasize that the experience will not be a get-rich quick scheme, that the SFI system follows a 16-year proven Rules of Success ... and that we cannot overemphasize that "...we do not really have to re-invent the wheel!" Anything short will only defeat the objective

You can only lead the horse to the riverbank, he will have to decide if he wants to drink or just be the fence sitter who watches magic unfold. Just about every information about the growth of SFI is in members area, we only need to remind an ex-affiliate about it. The person really has to make a conscious effort to make the business model work otherwise if they will be just be the spectator who watches the star of the football match kick in some mean goals, then they will forever be spectators

Since you are giving the person a GIFT card, give that person a reason to celebrate! If it is the person's birthday then consider giving one. It could be an anniversasy, a new job, a promotion, an engagement, a family member you have not spoken in years.

A celebratory mood will definitely do away with any cloud of doubt why you are offering such option.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is all up to you if you'd like to create a lasting relationship with the newbie and customize a welcome letter specially if you have all the time in the world to be on the web. For those who only have limited internet time, group mailing will suffice. It is the interaction and follow up that will determine if the PSA will be asingle-mindedly dedicated to the business model.

Let me answer that question with a quote from Thomas J. Watson, Sr.; "Would you like me to give you a formula for...success? It's quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure... You're thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn't at all...You can be discouraged by failure - or you can learn from it. So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because, remember that's where you'll find success. On the far side of failure!"

Success in any undertaking requires a relentless desire to reach one's goal at all costs! Ask any champion athlete and winning requires the daily grind mastering the killer blow that one day will be used at the perfect moment. When that time comes, he then delivers it to grab the prize of a long and hard-earned glory. As the saying goes, hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard! If it is in your heart's desire to win, then you can boldly challenge every skeptic that gets in your way.

Keeping that burning desire to continue and grow the business! This is the single hardest decision any affiliate will every encounter in this industry specially if you are still developing your learning curve. That being the case, you have to tap the SFI community of a2a friends, uplines and Gery Carson as well so you can ask the right questions and validate if you what you are doing is proper. Quitting should not be an option. You only quit on one person, yourself.

As a new Team Leader, what is the single most important thing I should be doing?

An effective Team Leader needs to be Transparent to initiate duplication. Any amount of suspicion among his sponsored affiliates because they see the lack of honesty or consistency in what he preaches and what the company is all about will trickle down loss of trust and eventually loss of interest. So for duplication to materialize, the fundamentals should be in the proper places!

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?

Low-key, passive type of persons should project a substantial amount of Honesty at first encounter. SFI have provided the appropriate advertising and marketing tools for these situations. All you have to do is reinforce the fine points like "16 years in business;" "Better Business Bureau accredited;" and it's "Free!" After all, they can always double check that information on Google!

More power to all and God Bless!
