- A good Team Leader always has to be an example to others. Whatever you want your affiliate to do, you always have to be at least one step ahead.
- Always offer and provide them a big support, because you can succeed only if they succeed.
- Work with hard workers! Do not waste your time on slackers and skeptics who try to find themselves in various jobs. They will never be successful in SFI and probably in any other job simply because they do not have that something and that is a winner’s spirit.
- Run your Leadership page properly and come back to it at least once a week to upgrade it with your new thoughts, advice, ideas…
- Regularly write PSA and CSA mails. Let them be encouraging and stimulating although you will almost never get answers. But, do not give up!
- If possible, organize team competitions. People like to compete. The awards are a great motivation for work.
- It is mandatory to write messages on your stream tab. It does not have to be anything profound, but it is necessary to write something motivating and stimulating to your team.
- Respond to e-mails at least within an hour.
- Use your SFI badges to lead as an example. Believe it, when your affiliate visit your Leadership page and see your badges they will wish the same. Let them copy you, because copying produces DUPLICATION.

By far, the most important thing you should be doing is training your down line.

1) Find PSAs
2) Train and teach them how to achieve their goals each month
3) Train and teach them how to duplicate what you are doing to have a successful SFI business

Without training, your PSAs will not achieve their goals as fast as they like and might quit SFI. So teach and train your PSA and you will be successful with SFI.

Keep the media under control and moderation. The media are great for business, but if left unchecked can result skirmishers and aburridores . Try to avoid the following :

Watch your followers as people first, then as customers. Create a vital connection between humans , and be far from seeing this as a company that assumes the role of superiority. Do not make them feel that because you need to sell something, your company is friendly with them.
Wherever your chances avoids words sell and buy . Be creative, and you use less commercial and more sociable words. Acquire and provide proof .
Be consistent in the information you provide in your various networks. It is very well seen you post in a bid , while in the other the product retains the same price. Do not make this mistake , you lose a lot of credibility .
Learn from the mistakes using the media . Surely you will have failures which bring forth important lessons. No droop and move on.

Every day I go to my Movers Tab and check on the progress of those people that are saying to me I am motivated and want to succeed! I take note that day of their VP score so that I know for the next day what work they have done or not done.

So as a Leader I want to be there to encourage and help in anyway I can, I do this by giving them notes of encouragement or useful tips on how to further their goals. These are the people that you want to invest your time with, because your time is also precious, so use it wisely.
