Interesting question.

From my personal experience as I was starting out, I had high expectations that ALL my PSAs and the CSAs I get from SFI will be duplicating the things that I do as an active SFI affiliate with all the communications and tips that I send out to them at least weekly.

Well, I realized that no two people are exactly the same even if we are encouraging DUPLICATION.

But until now, I still send each of my PSAs and CSAs a team mail or an e-card at

As I build my downline, the most important is to choose a serious and valuable person who will continue my work, build his own business, execute daily, weekly and monthly tasks, reading, learning, asking...., initially according to my instructions to became more independent to do whatever helps to reach a success, to achieve a goal that he set, on mutual satisfaction.

Of course, we will always be there for each other, in any case, to find the best way and solve any problem

- missing to give them quick answers to all their problems

- missing to show them how to do all SFI actions, games

Great question, first and foremost try to contact your downlines on a weekly basis giving them tips on to improve their sfi biz, now make sure you avoid mistakes like telling them about other programs that they can equally make some money from.do not promise them money they willbe making by joining sfi rather tell them that they can build a residual income online and avoiding the mistake of surfing their homepage for them just give them a clear direction when they are confused about something. also

Hi, One of the common mistake done while building the downline is pressurising the downlines to make more vp. This may make the downline feel like working for others, which they did not want to and this is the reason for them joining SFI.
Next common mistake to avoid is, never perform any action on behalf of your downline. If required any help by them then explain and provide demo through the web conferencing etc.

Hello Vladmir,

Firstly, from my experience, do not try to hold on to a downline whose primary language is different from yours. It would do him/her more good if you reassign such a downline to his/her home country where there are people who not only understand the language but also understand and are able to appreciate their culture better.

It would be of no benefit to neither you nor the downline if you both do not understand what the other is saying, this will lead to wasted

You must understand people learn in different ways. Some people learn fast others need help and guidance. Don't underestimate people use your own judgment and give guidance to those that need it. You must work hard and teach other to do the same. You can't expect things to fall into place with out hard work and determination. You get what you give. Give little and you will receive little, give a lot and you will repp the benefits of what you sow. Good luck and work hard I know you can do it

Hi,

One, I suggest is don't make your downline feel like your trying to sell them something.
Always offer your help to them. Remember some of them might be intimidated with the website at first glance. Most important put yourself in their place. Let them know your a real person that cares about their success. I hope this helped.

From my own experience, absolutely the biggest mistake is force new PSA to become Bronze or Silver Team Leader firts month. This is their first month absolutely unnecessary, and let VP saving for next month!

2nd big mistake is for active PSA who ask for help/explanation often say it is boring!

All others are less errors that can be corrected.

That's my opinion and advice everyone!
