Be patient with them, some people ask the most obvious questions but take time to give explanations. we are all different.

Guide them where necessary, too much information or too many messages can be a turn off.

Don't get angry if they do not follow your advice, again more patience may be required for those who do not listen.

Let them know that you may not know everything perfectly, accept when you do not know something instead of misleading them.

Be friendly,

Hello,

Well everyone has there ideas on what one should avoid doing as we do team building. My do nots or what one should avoid are:-
# 1. one shouldnt send tooooo many mailers at a go. Once to twice a week is enough. If you can contact directly eg by giving a call or skype etc then even once is enough.
# 2. One should never ever support financially. Motivate, encourage and support by answering to queries or by giving a training , incase one has finance issues then you being

Hi! Vladimir

It's a really good question i like that one
I gone a try to answer the best i can!

Sponsoring people who are not interested in MLM or people who do not know anything about MLM is one of the biggest mistakes that network marketers often make.

A network marketing downline is not just a bunch of random people thrown in together.

A large downline will be no use if those peoples you sponsored do not do anything.

So, it is very

Introduction
Building a downline is vital to a sustainable, long lasting success with SIF. However one challenge has been facing us: finding and keeping truly active affiliates that are hungry for success
Keeping in mind that meaningful recurring/residual income depends on an active successful dowline, the mistakes to avoid are those that will impede or thwart the process of generating such an income. Sizeable residual income is generated when an SFI Affiliate business reaches the momentum,

Well I would say that as I build my downline some of the more common mistakes or blunders that one need to watch out and avoid will be as follow:

From not replying to or turning a blind eye to incoming messages or emails to not following up and building rapport say via SFI weekly group emails to under promising on things that you know it is not possible or achievable to giving up too early to procrastinating and not doing what it takes be it post ads or share with someone about SFI

Some of the common mistakes we make with our down-line's are helping them way to much.

You do not want a bunch of dependents that you must push along to success.Keep in mind,we are all looking for our best five.It may take 3-12 months.

A good rule of thumb is to ask them to do something first, then if they do it,you do something for them.

When they get to 600 VersaPoints each month ( EA2 ),I give them a referral.SFI gives me 5 VersaPoints for reassigning your

One of the biggest mistakes I made in the beginning was Assuming!

What I mean by that is I assumed that because they signed up on an English site
that they automatically spoke and read english. I have found since that they may
speak it or read it but not always with understanding it fully. Asking in your welcome message if they would prefer instruction in english or their own language. Then explain the translator at bottom of the home page.

Never, take anything

As you build your downline, the common mistakes to avoid I believe are...

1) Responding to your downline questions, concerns or suggestions with no urgency.
*It is vital that your team can rely on you, so ensure them with your promptness in responding immediately so they aren't hesitant to contact you.

2) Taking your time to create a site to home all your SFI tips, blogs and gateways.
*You will need this to further your endeavors with SFI.

3) Be an example

Building of downline is a real task of building a team of workers; to assist you the sponsor to earn for all a better living standard.
In our quest to achieve our goals, we as sponsor should be care to avoid the following mistakes:-
1 WORKING FOR AFFILIATES

We should desist from working at the Homepages of our downlin. Should we work for them, they will remain illiterate. Upon promotion to the Executive affiliate position, they may not be in a better position to cater for their
