Yes, students 18 or older would be great candidates, for several reasons;

* they have a more social life
* they have more friends
* they have more free time
* they are more computer literate since they grew up with technology
* they have their whole future ahead of them

Imagine how great it would be for a college student to get started in this business, they could be a millionaire by the time they are 25, if they worked the system the way they should!

There are many facets to answering this question. Age/maturity of student would have the greatest impact on whether SFI would be good for them.

Financially, in time it would be fantastic for them, since it could eventually support them for the rest of their lives!! If they are a serious student, it might be difficult for them to maintain good grades and do a good job with SFI.

Generally speaking, I do not think a young student (18-24 +/-) would make a good choice of affiliate because there is too much LIFE for them to be exploring to allow them to take the required daily time to become truly successful with SFI.

They COULD, however, become AWESOME TripleClicks members (kids love games, auctions)!!:) And, down the road a ways, great Affiliates!

I think SFI is a excelent possibility for students.
Allows them easier and quick entry into the world of business, since it does not require any investment. Teaches them things that are important for their further life and success in life (persistence, diligence, thoroughness), enabling them financial freedom and success in a future.They have a possibility to earn while studying, and at the same time, if they are diligent and hardworking, provide them financial freedom and security for the future.
In fact, I think it's the best time to start dealing with SFI, because they have a lot of time to create a fantastic future.

The answer is yes,it´s good. Because,they start earning maybe their first paycheck. They are young and they wont to discover new business,friends,new ways of earnings etc. SFI is good for everyone who point of this job. In SFI,you can bring people with 18,30 or even 50 and more years old. Why? Because,whole point of this job is to be honest and a good teacher. When you get a member,you teach him/her in the way like you´re taught. That´s the whole point. Be a good teacher.
This also may help:ultra-simple 3-step plan
1) Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month
2) Recruit five affiliates using the marketing methods
3) Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps

Just do your tasks,read and teach

I am inclined to believe that as a former grad student, my reading assignments and term papers, compilations/sourcing, took-up most of my day-time activities, meaning, as with any study plans the focus is on research and that of term paper formulation. I wish now that I could have remembered to face back in the direction of SFI, at that time that additional income would have been nice. But I can say without a doubt, my focus was on my research work at that time. Even when I was checking out at the grocery store I would be internalizing about the formulation of my term papers.
If you want to be the best at something it will depend on the amount of time you $pend on it.

At times when I was in grad school, I would take a magic marker and create a sign that stated no television today; I would tape that to the screen of the television, which was done with the hope of placing a conscious restriction on my television watching time, versus that of my study/reading time.

When pushing to achieve any objective of various magnitudes, time is the most crucial element of all variables, notwithstanding age, that is, if one wants to categorically produce effective results.

So I would say no matter the age, the most important factors to be looked at when considering introducing a youth into this program would be, priorities, their dominant focus, and order of importance, with the most crucial element being that of free-time.

There are various reasons, in my opinion that students may not be inclined to pursue this business, either full time or part time because of the following observations.

1. SFI and the success of the business depends primarily on duplication and how active your team members are- that means support the team.
- students will not have the time to put in the efforts for both these activities as studies will be a priority.

2. The students expect returns on the business
- some students would believe that the profits from the business could maybe fund their education or help in a small way
- from experience unless there is an active team working the business, returns will be limited or insignificant
- in a traditional salaried work, the returns are tangible

3. It takes a minimum of 2 months to become EA2 unless the student can invest in the business or has an active team
- by the time the student has already completed 2 months and there is no return on his efforts, this will easily discourage him not to continue

4. Whatever holiday period is available is likely to be spent away from studies or any other work that will require mental exertion

5. I am not sure whether SFI would be able to provide a written testimony to the student if he worked the business for 1 year and submit this as a recommendation to other prospective employers or include this as work experience in his resume?

First I would like to answer the second question why not.
My concern about this question, it’s completely depends on the students.
A students (their parents) main motive is to complete their education in good level.
If they start earning when they matured there is a chance to drop their studies and concentrate on earning only.
It may result problem in their family.
If we are taking about the first question why
SFI is a good platform for a student who is focusing on business studies.
SFI is a good learning center if a student is taking it in such way.
Use it to upgrade their knowledge only using their leisure time.
The same time they can earn some pocket money for their expenses.
Finally my opinion is if we are introducing an 18 year old student in this program better we should study their background & family status.
That means if a student is taking it in good manner it’s good otherwise it’s bad.

SFI gives them the possibility of his own earnings. The possibility of developing their own responsibility.

My answer was YES, it is good for them. By joining, they can access various knowledge and informations they can use as additional reference on their studies specially those students taking marketing and/or computer course.

However, based on my personal experience students affiliates are having problems in maintaining their EA rank due to limited financial capacity...most students relied on their parents/guardians financially so it may take years before they can be fully beneficial to their sponsor and SFI as a whole.

Yes, it is good for students, moms, retired employees or even those who are still working in a company, because you can do SFI even if you only have few minutes of your time. If you are a student and you want to have an extra income, SFI is great because it is easy to understand and the tasks are easy to do, too. And I think it is better for a person to learn business at an early age so that he will be responsible with his spendings and with his future. Aside from that, a student can also promote SFI to his fellow students who might want to have an extra income since he is around them all the time.
