The concept of the business of SFI is to build a team which will generate revenue for SFI as well as the Affiliates who join. When the team is active, the business is successful and so are the Affiliates. However when the team is either passive or dormant and will only intermittently work the business, there will be little or no rewards generated by let us say one affiliate who maybe active.
You realize that the minimum requirement of being in SFI and being able to receive benefits is to become an Executive Affiliate. This means every month you must become an EA and there will be months when you have to start making financial investments in your business.
I doubt it that you can become successful by yourself unless you have a very active team or that you have an active TripleClicks store which will generate a regular income.

You can also look into other alternatives such as selling unwanted items on TripleClicks; or even better, becoming an ECA if you have your own business where you sell your products.
There is also SFI's Pay-Per-Action program in which you earn a bounty from each person you sign up as an affiliate. I do suggest looking into each alternative and deciding which method of success works best for you.

However, having plenty of PSAs and CSAs who are currently inactive should not be a hindrance to your business success since there are many ways to find new interested affiliates to work with. Yes i understand that it may be frustrating when PSA n CSA Become inactive, but dont lose hope, you must keep trying to keep recruiting more n more pple. There will come a time you ll have few but good ones. However other than this you can be successful in tripleclicks.

It is certainly harder with a downline that is not working, but this is the reason we continue to recruit, to build a strong, working downline. I would suggest buying into the S-Builder co-op, classified ads, and talking to everyone you meet to get new recruits.
One answer suggested that you are not sponsoring correctly. I disagree with that. Most people are just not going to stick with the program, but the few that do are the ones you need to work with. Don't waste your time and energy on those who are not giving any energy back.

Not likely that you can be successful in SFI when your PSAs and CSAs are inactive. Or do not work or stop working. Success in SFI is determined by the income generated from the effort of the team members and yours in monetary value. You may be successful having a big list of PSAs and CSAs but do not earn versa points or even upgrade to EA/EA2, or making sales and purchases as commissions, they are not contributing any income to you. So your income from them is none or very minimal. Unless you set up your ECA and sell good products, you may earn good income, but it's out of your own effort. Residual incomes will contribute continuous income to you which is vital to your long term success. You may have tripleclick members under you but their purchase from Tripleclicks and ECAs may not be consistent. The large bulk of your income is likely from your active PSAs and CSAs. So to be a successful team leader, you need strong active teams of 1st,2nd .... generations of active affiliates.
