4)New PSA's are unknown about the system and the process of scoring vps, so, the message should help them to score more vps.
5)See their vp ledger and guide them to complete the incomplete daily/weekly/ monthly or intermediate actions.
6) As soon as they start scoring, their enthusiasm towards sfi will rise and once they build up their confidence, they will start asking you questions and you can think half job is done.

The best message you can use to greet your PSA's is one that comes from you. Your greeting to your PSA's is a way for you to connect with them personally. It's best to come up with a greeting that you stand behind and that represents YOU.

You just have to follow the guidelines prescribed by SFI on how to become an awesome sponsor. Foremost, let them feel that you are real person always reachable and ready to help your PSA anytime they need so. Welcome them right after you noticed that they are your PSA, let them know of the best thing to do first like completing the "Getting Started Actions".
