I believe that the most important value you need to instill in your team if they are to become successful in SFI is : education. There are various facets of education and some of these are listed for your introspection.
1 Education:
This means having a team that is able to understand that this is an online business and not a 9 to 5 "job". It needs the ability to change the mindset from one of an employee to one that becomes an employer.
2 The will to change an attitude
This probably is a very crucial element of a successful individual and team. Being able to change the way you interpret ideas and still remain flexible to take risks cannot be done if you have a rigid way of looking at a new concept.
3. Self-Motivation
People who are goals-oriented do not need a push to achieve. Take athletes who start developing skills in a particular sport. When they are younger, their motivation and drive is set by the support of their parents or a coach who see the potential in a child to reach limits of excellence that are sometimes, hard to anticipate. As adults, to reach the peak in their performance, being self-motivated creates opportunities that drives the individual to want to achieve. Without the drive, your team members will always exhaust your valuable energy.
4. Not Giving Up
I believe that this attribute plays a vital role in any area of one's life, SFI is no exception. A business whether online or offline has its share of "lows" and this reality is likely to get most people disillusioned, on the verge of packing up. You need affiliates who accept that this is one of the most important lessons to learn in a business. If they give up, there is nothing to look forward to.
This list is not by any means exhaustive but in my opinion, these 4 attributes would play a significant role in determining that you have a successful team of affiliates.
