This is an important question because SFI is an International organization, we recruit Affiliates from all over the world. Of course many people do not speak or understand English.
SFI has a "translate" button at the bottom of every page, so it is important you let your new signups know straight away that they can have everything offered on SFI translated to their own language. I would put this information in my welcome letter.
Next I would suggest they join a forum for their country

to see for themselves the successful and growing leaders in their country.
Recommend they join a2a and request people from their own country to 'friend' them and they will have common ground on which to move forward on. Having a few friends in their own country will make them feel less isolated and they can form friendships and help each other.
The Affiliates can still contact you even if they write in their own language - all you have to do is click on translate!
There really are no barrriers because SFI have made it easy for us all!!
