A welcome letter should be simple, but different from a new sign up with no knowledge of SFI.
Most likely the newly assigned PSA is active and an EA, due to the new changes that are in effect, consider the reason why the PSA was assigned to you.
Identify yourself: "I am XXXXX"
I'm now your sponsor at SFI.
"Our sponsor, in supporting us both has reassigned you as my downline.
Welcome to my team!"
Offer help and support and ask to whitelist your email address.
It would also be a good time to ask if he/ has any questions.
