The SFI’s Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN – which prescribes five serious PSAs and working together towards the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.
Here it may take some time for the New affiliate to be recognized for DD program, but the older affiliates either would have proven their worth or would have shown their incapability to be inducted in New DD Program.
Here is how it works:
• Up to 10 invitations may be issued if you are an EA2
• Up to 12 invitations may be issued if you are a BTL
• Up to 14 invitations may be issued if you are a STL
• Up to 16 invitations may be issued if you are a GTL
• Up to 20 invitations may be issued if you are a PTL
Depending upon the rank you hold, you can invite 10 to 20 PSAs. Essentially, they need to workers in your Mover Tab with a minimum Standing Order of 1500 VPs.
Use the following strategies: -
1. Communicate with them daily.
2. Monitor their progress.
3. Send them informative mails to keep their knowledge up dt date.
4. Help, support & guide them in all respects.
5. Help them to achieve their minimum rank for the month.
