To be able to give them an idea about the monetary value of the shares watch them accumulate on your scoreboard and divide the cash value of your banked shares into the predicted value of what you already have. Give them some figures of how many shares you advanced for doing just the Daily acts and maybe for 100 TCredits. Just enough to rouse them to action, not enough that they will guess your income.
