For new affiliates who are joining SFI in 2016 the Milestone Shares represent a bonus for those who upgrade their status to a team leader at a later stage in SFI and cash in the accumulated shares at each stage from BTL to DTL. I am sure SFI will inform the new affiliate with details explaining how the Milestone Shares work.

1. If they have read the information there.
2. If they understood the system and it's value.
If you can afford , offer 1 TC credit to those who respond to you on this matter.
The Milestone Shares program is also a very useful tool to reactivate your sleeping PSAs and CSAs who are at Affiliate level. So far in the past an Affiliate could only receive TripleClicks executive pool shares (converting their monthly VP to cash) by attaining the EA level. This meant no cash for those affiliates who had less than 1500 VP each month. Now of course it is the same situation , however the Milestone Shares will not be lost if your affiliates miss the EA position in any month. They will increase in in time if your affiliate is active .
In fact the longer it takes for them to achieve a team leader level ( BTL ) the more shares will be collected over time and the value will increase dramatically . With a big amount of shares sitting in their account , affiliates will be more motivated to achieve the BTL level at a future stage . For a minimum of 500 VP collected each month , 6000 shares will be ready to cash out at the end of one year.
Your affiliates should understand and appreciate the value of this new Milestone Shares system since it will help them motivate their own teams as well.
