The focus is clearly BUILDING SOMETHING GREAT - building the SFI business and its people.
Through the DD program, the Team Leaders and their invited DDs commit to each other to work together to achieve DTL both for the sponsor & for the invitee. This 'working together' will naturally boost the growth of both parties businesses. The team members businesses will grow and naturally, the sponsors business will also grow. My business will grow.
The VP rules have been simplified and now there is more opportunities to earn more VPs. The opportunity to become EA and beyond have been increased.
The Milestone Shares is another great development. They are incentives to progress through the ranks. The shares are very generous and with the increased opportunities to earn VP, the possibility of earning a large number of share while working towards your milestone rank is quite appealing, quite an incentive. These are available to all affiliates and these will certainly help make their and my business grow.
