Keep on reading to learn more about SFI. The more knowledgeable you become, the more you can help your team members especially your new PSAs.
Learn and develop the skills in leadership, effective teambuilding, open communication, marketing, advertising, e-commerce, etc. by asking questions. Ask your sponsor, uplines, Forum friends, a2a friends, and even Gery Carson for any questions about SFI and TripleClicks. Then disseminate what you have learned to your team members.
Here are the actions that a good team leader should carry out:
• Build trust
• Inspire and motivate
• Influence valuable changes.
• Be open to new ideas
• Consult frequently with your sponsor (if active) and/or your uplines
• Ask forum members, a2a friends, and Ask SC about about SFI and TripleClicks
• Distinguish your potential DTL
• Recognize your workers and work closely with them
• Define and state expectations and objectives with your team members
• Ensure that your team understands how the new additions in SFI can help grow their business
• Consider giving incentives to boost results.
