Since this is all new for all of us, we can not answer from experience. So I will tell what my expectations will be.
Depending how each of us as sponsors views these changes, they can either help build our businesses, or add fuel to their downfall. Obviously what we have to do is grab onto the changes with a positive attitude and spend time understanding them so that we can advise and encourage our teams.
The signing bonuses, if we learn to use them in our advertising, will bring in many more recruits that will log in to see what they are all about. We must be ready to address this in our welcome letters. The more new PSAs who log in after signing, the better chance of having them continue to log in.
As they log in, they will read about the other incentives Our pre-written, copy and paste, letter about the next level of incentives, drawings, and competitions should excite some of them to pursue the chase. Those will be the ones you will see on you Movers List.
You can work with them and move them into the perseverance that they need to build their businesses. These are the ones who will take advantage of the Designated Diamond offer, and the Milestone Shares.
My team will grow with more advertising, mine and my affiliates'. I have a few whom I will nominate for DD, but I expect to nominate more in the next 6 months. With new focus and new goals, I expect that my team will fill out before I take it to a higher level.
With proper planning, wise leadership, and good communication, a business can noy help but increase with our new programs.
