At first I had decided to not really do much different with the beginning of my third year with SFI. After reflecting on the changes SFI has made over just the last few months I looked at the opportunity to engage in a bold new plan;
I will be doing things a little different this year. The first five leading affiliates on my team showing serious commitment to the SFI program will receive my full support. I will be reassigning all new recruits to my team to them because I will trust they are in as good hands or better as they are with me. I will support all generations...
This includes every level. The incentive program as stated in my leadership blog applies to every generation PSAs and all CSAs. This is my way of thanking them for helping me build one of the strongest teams to be in SFI. It still requires commitment and hard work, nothing is ever worth gaining without it. Reading my leadership blog is the first step. Most of you that have read it already know what is there; I decided not to add anything new and I have deleted anything which no longer applies to building a strong future. The mark of a good warrior is the lack of excess.
