My strategy for 2016 is already in place. It is similar to what I had in 2015 and that is to develop Team Leaders.
The main difference for 2016 is that I am going to make the most of the Signing Bonus and use it to encourage my people to become Fast Trackers - to increase their bonus up to $100.
Becoming Fast Trackers will:
- Accelerate their route to becoming EA / BLT
- Introduce them to purchasing from TripleClicks
- If they purchase the NMP that will give them a whole lot of VPs and other bonuses
- Help them with the E365 contest and other contests within SFI/TripleClicks
I believe that with all these activities, their dedication to their businesses will grow, their passion for SFI will grow.
I also believe that with my leadership: as a role model and example to them, supporting them, teaching them the business, motivating them to keep working away and advocating the benefits of SFI, I am certain that they will get to know SFI and come to realise what a great opportunity this is.
The main focus will be growing their businesses. If their businesses grow, I firmly believe that my own business will flourish, naturally.
