In your weekly communications to your PSAs and CSAs, there are many things you can write about SFI that will motivate, encourage and inspire them to be more active and engaged.
Start your message with a warm greetings and warm welcome to your new members. Make them feel at home.
Then share the success of your team, no matter how modest, and heap praises on your star performers for their fantastic achievements during the week.
If one member has won anything from the Pricebenders auction, Eager Zebra games, Daily Grand Drawing, Daily Crown, or if one of your members has won the E365 Class Champion by all means do make a sing and dance about them in your Weekly Message.
Never forget to highlight other achievements such as newest EA, newest Fast-Track Member Silver and Gold, newest EA2, newest BTL, newest STL, etc. as this will surely give your inactive members a feeling of what they’re missing out on as other members of your team are moving and achieving.
For your newest members who have not yet regularly visited the Forum, share some posts, as well as answers from Ask SC that address common issues which may relate to them.
If you’re holding a contest, this also rates a mention so that your PSAs and CSAs may feel encouraged to participate as you're giving them something to aim for.
Of course, always mention the latest SFI News and announcements, and for them to be on the lookout for Spin and Win, and other important sponsoring and sales promotion.
Your weekly message should be just long enough to contain all the exciting and interesting points you want to impart to your team and encourage them to read and be motivated, especially if they get a special mention!
