The training material provided by SFI is evidence that you are expected to be a student to be successful there.
When you start at SFI you are a student first, the Launchpad lessons are your text book. Once you have completed the lessons it is still your text book for learning.
You will need to refer to the Launchpads lessons from time to time for your own continuing education at SFI. You will need to refer to it as teacher, if your downline ask questions you may need to use it as reference for their learning.
When you become an executive affiliate there is a lot to be learnt to remain active. As you move up the rank, you need to learn about being in that position, how to hold on to it and how to keep growing; for this you need be a student at every stage.
In the meantime; to be successful, you have to teach new affiliates and those of a lower rank to do the same. You have to be ready to answer their questions and direct them to the correct reference source. You will be continually sponsoring, so you will be continually teaching.
Even if you reach the top and achieve the highest rank you will need to keep up with the Internet, technology and the changes at SFI, this means learning on your part.
