You can successfully study and teach at the same time IF you take the time to understand each step of this program. So take it slow and share what you learn as you learn it. You will have better results if you take it step by step yourself and then lead them through the same process. That way you can provide a simple explanation about what you did, how you did it, and why it is important for them to do it.
What you can ask them to do from the very beginning, is to watch the SFI Start video, read the SFI Basics page and do all the Launchpad lessons. That should give them a good idea of what they can accomplish here at SFI, and you should be able to answer any questions they have, because you will already have gone through these basic steps.
Some of your PSAs might learn faster than you; others make take more time. Calculate the needs of each individual on your team and if you don't know the answer to a question, look it up in the SFI search engine or ask for help in the Forum, and encourage them to do the same. As their Sponsor, you are here to guide them, but they must also find their own answers at their own pace.
