As a student, you need to be:
Reading regularly; Ask questions for clarity; Emulate leaders doing well in the business; Participate daily in most activities in SFI; Understand the working of SFI and Aim High.
As a teacher, you need to be:
Patient person; Lead by example; A good listening; and a Motivator.
When you combine the qualities together, I believe you will be successful as a student and a teacher in SFI.
