For me when I got in,it was fun watching my vp pikle up, watching my classmates fall behind me, catching and passing the #1 in the class. It was exciting to see how much I was winning in the E365, Daily Grand, then the T-time.
And I was excited about the opportunities of the CA program.And I was an EA2 every month and got CSAs and then more CSAs after BTL. And the PSAs excited me, even the sleepers. My larger commissions excited me. Contests set up by my sponsor excited me.
Looking back, what I found fun and exciting about SFI was the challenge, achievement and results of using my goals to direct my actions. It is fun to win, make money, watch a team come together and be successful.
A sponsor who can grab a hold of these facets of team leading can make SFI fun for those team members who are willing to commit to their own business. But it starts with dream building and setting goals.
