What can you do to make make SFI more exciting and fun for your team?
That's a pretty nice question David because it is really a lots of fun to work in SFI. I will try to explain with my own practical experience how I make it more exciting and fun for my team.
I have a friend whom I sponsored as my PSA. Often I go to his office to guide him how to work in SFI. On his laptop I show him practically how to play different games. He gets pretty excited while playing Card King and Gold Streak games. It's a lots of fun playing these games because when the same card repeats in Card King we predict what we may win. It's just like a lottery draw which generates a lots of enthusiasm and excitement. In between games we crack jokes and have snacks too. It's more fun when we play Gold Streak because it involves a lots of guessing work. Sometimes we both agree on same option at other time we differ. When we differ I offer him a good snack if he is right. This makes both of us very excited. We do it almost daily.
I also play T-Time regularly and I win almost 8-10 times every month which also gives me 16-20 free TCredits every month. Winning T-Time is really a numbers game because more number of times we play T-Time more are our chances of winning it. I show him practically how to increase our chances of winning by playing 2 Games in a span of 6-8 minutes. I play one game just five minutes before the hour say at 11:55 am and again at 12:02 pm. This way I increase his chances of winning T-Time more often and he is now winning more often and thereby getting many FREE TCredits. This excites him very much. He starts playing more often now. I share this experience on my Stream post as well as on Forum posts which excites other members of my team also. Now they have also started winning more Free TCredits. This is really exciting and fun for all of us.
With FREE TCredits in their TCredits Ledger I ask my team to bid for Micro Auctions which they do and winning few Micro Auctions. When there is an upcoming Micro Auctions I inform my team mates on phone or Whatsapp. When they win these Micro Auctions it excites them a great deal because not only it strengthens their team they now regularly bid in auctions.
Another example how I make it more exciting and fun for my team is by playing Uber league. My daughter is a diehard fan of Euro club football. I often ask her to predict which team may win a particular game for example Inter Milan or Manchester united? She happily replies and when the prediction is correct it excites all of our family members.
