I have a very simple way of doing things, and that include reading, reviewing and understanding the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD lessons and following the SFI Rules of Success as my guide and road map.
Then I teach these basics to my team, give them a simplified version of the To-Do list, and share this with everyone in my downlines to help eliminate confusion.
Knowing the Ultra-Simple 3-Steps plan by heart and teaching the simple duplication that results in following the basics help them to understand duplication.
By setting up Standing Order and achieving leadership in many areas of SFI business such as in VersaPoints, Class and Country Ranks, Top Author, winner in DG and other Contests, Top Sponsor, Top Co-Sponsor, Leadership Challenge, winning at EZ games, etc. will inspire duplication.
Working simply with a simple weekly plan for short term goal, will result in fulfilling the monthly goal of requalifying every month and beyond.
This simple strategy I share with my team thru my Leadership Page, and repeatedly mentioned in my informal chats with them.
SFI program is very easy to follow, just don’t try to reinvent the wheel or you’ll end up with a confused and unproductive team.
