Always use your own experience when you were a new affiliate to help you communicate with your Movers. This helps remind and let you empathize with what they are going through.
I encourage my Movers in their first month to really learn about SFI through BASICs, LAUNCHPAD etc.
I do tell them that at a minimum they should aim for EA status every month. When they reach this, I reward them with a gift or incentive like TCredits or postcards.
When they reach EA status, I share with them about being TL and the Compensation plan.
The key is to observe their actions and their ledger and give them encouragement accordingly while reminding to aim for the next level.
