You can help by;
1. Always compliment them for their present feat and encourage them not to slow down. This will motivate them to do more.
2. View their "VP ledger" from your "mover page" to see any task he/she needs to do to move to the next level. Once, you see such task, communicate them immediately through instant messenger, PSA/CSA mailer, etc.
3. Education: Make it a habit to educate them of the benefits of getting to the next level. Never assume they know and don't wait for them to ask. Do this task through your weekly mails and E- cards that you send. Telling and reminding them will create their interest in moving to the next level.
4. Goals and reward: Set a goal to reach the next level with a reward. The reward must be within your budget, so that you can redeem when they meet your target. Never look at your reward as "small". It can motivate them.
