I am passing through the same situation.I have been planing and contacting them.One thing is to be noted.And it's this way. We are given an opportunity to have CSAs from our countries.To have CSAs from one's own country is that much easy to communicate them. I personally suggest you the points that I am acting upon.
1: Go to their leadership pages,take a bird's eye view of what they have performed so far.
2: Their contact info is of prime importance here.
3: Collect all the contact info and write them down on apiece of paper clearly.
4: Their personal cell numbers and e-mails ids and skype ids can work for you.
5: Start sending email them on their personal email ids with an effective ways and something revolving their future and help.
6: Self-interest and dictatorship should be avoided.
7: If they are not taking you serious and not responding,start talking them on skype,highlight all the useful features of sfi and offer your help in this regard.
8: Cell phone number should be used as a last option and try to convince them positively and effectively.
