Of course, definitely our family can depend on us for help anytime they need us. And there is no time frame or dead end when it comes to caring and helping any member of our family who needs help.
In SFI, the management, staff, our sponsor, uplines, PSAs, CSAs, PRMs, a2a friends, forum friends, and league mates we are one BIG FAMILY. We treat each other the same way as we treat our family and extended families.
Our new PSAs are like new born babies. Their first months is the most crucial time for their survival and success in this business. So we need to help them build a strong foundation and equipped them with knowledge about SFI, TripleClicks, Internet and affiliate marketing. We should teach them how to use the marketing strategies and tools that SFI has prepared for them to help them in building their SFI business. We need to let them understand the importance of 1) Becoming a Fast-Track Member, 2) Maintaining the EA rank each month, 3) Becoming a Team Leader, and 4) Doing all the tasks that can generate multiple residual income.
Remember, the success of your PSAs and CSAs in this business is also your success. As the popular adage says, “What you sow is what you reap.” If you help your team members earn $$$ in SFI, you also help yourself generate fat commissions every month. This is an example of the Law of the Harvest: “You reap more than you sow.”
