I have absolutely no problems at all with my PSAs and CSAs, regardless of their rank and time in SFI, coming to me for help.
I look upon it this way - I don’t have all the answers regarding this business and I suspect that even the most seasoned affiliates would say the same. We are really all here to support and help each other – but at different levels.
The relationship I have with my brand new members is different from those I have with my seasoned, active and ranked members. A new member will normally receive training, guidance and support from me. Yes I suppose you can say they are depending on me for help but only if they are willing to help themselves. If I can see that they are doing their lessons, reading and trying to learn the business, I will do my best for them. If they don’t work and ignore my help and suggestions – I move on and work with the workers.
I make no apologies for this approach. I am trying to run a business.
As a member become seasoned, active or ranked, our business relationship changes. Our personal relationship naturally changes as well. We become co-workers and we share ideas, give each other tips and help. They are no longer dependent on me – we are business partners.
