We all know by now that "Communication is the key to success" There cannot be only one 'the best way'. The best way would be the one by which you had been a success in communicating with your PSA or CSA.
Let's explore the various options:
1. BY SENDING AN E-CARD
E-cards are good way of communication as they attract the attention of the viewer by means of a good picture, photo or a logo.
2. USING PM METHOD
Sending PM (Personal Messages) from the Mover Page or Genealogy page is a great way to communicate as you both can see each others photo images.
3. BY USING E-MAIL IDs
In my opinion, the email is better way of communication as long as the email does not bounce back. Other than Gmail most of the mailing system take the messages of SFI into their SPAM folder, so one need to be careful using this method.
4. TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION
It is the best method to communicate as you can talk to PSAs and CSAs and doubts/questions etc. can be clarified immediately on the spot.
