The very best way to communicate with you downline is of course speaking with them in person on a one-to- one basis if possible.
If possible connect with those downline members who live in your vicinity and develop a personal relationship with them. You can send all the emails, texts etc.. you want but nothing beats meeting them in person, 'eyeball to eyeball' as my old boss used to say.
If you are unable to do this, the next best way to communicate is by such means as Skype and the like. Again this is one-to-one but you are not physically in their presence - at least they can see you in person and hear what you are saying.
These are the ideals but as we all know this is not always possible. SFI has provided several means of communicating with our team members - chat, email, group mail, stream etc.. We should use them. We can also make contact with them by phone where their phone numbers have been provided. Contacting by phone however can be expensive, and we are running a business here!
I regularly use stream and group mail for connecting with all my team members or groups of them all at once. For communicating with a member on a one-to-one basis I use emails and e-cards. They seem to work for me.
