You can send your letters through an external email service . When using an external email service they can whitelist your email address easily and place you as a contact person.

Your leadership page is a professional profile page about you, but your affiliate must be active to access it. It will be of no benefit if they don't sign in. Keep it updated. you never know who will visit.
