I want to first thank you Augustine for asking this informative question. I immediately started thinking about it and I started pondering over how do I communicate with my downlines.
It most importantly depends how we sponsored or acquired those downlines. Let's explore all the available means and its effectiveness, to communicate with downlines which are as follows :
1)Telephones/mobiles: This method is most effective if you know your downlines personally. If you are comfortable talking with your downlines then this is the best available option to communicate. The following are the advantages of communicating with telephones or mobile phones:
A)It's quick. It's instantaneous. You can explain everything on phone to your downlines which can take a long time by other means of communications
B)Your downlines know that somebody real is talking on phone. Your confidence reflects on the phone. It immediately transmits a great motivation signal to your downlines.
C)Your downlines's doubts can be immediately cleared and your business will grow manifold as each downline will start scoring maximum points. I have used this method effectively as most of my downlines start scoring VPs immediately after communicating with me on phone. I call them personally.
2)Social media like Facebook, twitter, Google plus etc : This method is most effective if you have sponsored your downlines through social media like Facebook etc. In my case most of my downlines whom I sponsored through Facebook continue to communicate with me and I can guide them through Facebook ( I mostly use Facebook)
There are many whom I sponsored through Facebook and they are continuing in SFI because I am continuously communicating with them personally.
They get motivation from me as they can see the proof that if a 50 plus man can do it they can definitely do it.
3)Email:This method is mostly effective when you do not know your downlines personally. You can send them mails and guide them. As compared to above means of communications its effectiveness is slower. Nevertheless, its also a good method of communication. It was effective in my case as my sponsor is from a different country and initially she communicated with me through emails only.
4)Through SFI Group Mailer : SFI has given us an excellent method of communicating with those downlines who are many levels down. In my case this method has inspired one of my downlines in my 3rd level. This is effective as well.
I hope this will help you a great deal as you can choose any of the above means of communications depending on how you sponsored or acquired your downlines. Use all available means to grow your business. All the best to you.
