Talking about effective ways through which we can communicate with our downline in
order to get good result is not all that difficult, if you have a downline who at least login
in daily to their home page.
Firstly, I believe there is no better way of communicating to your downline than making
yourself the discussion point. What do I mean by that, as a leader who want to lead a
group of people you need to be able to lead by example. Whatsoever information you
need to pass down which will require them to possess a particular product or attain a
particular level which will in turn lead to the growth of the team, starts with you. Your
badges must be able to convey enough information as regarding what you want to
communicate. Your Standing Order, S-builder Co-op, Team Leadreship badge, Daily
Streak, Top Author, Class Rank, Country Rank, Pricebender, EZ games participation etc
Stream Tab: Now after you have made yourself a good and better source of information,
here is the next easy way of communicating. As an affiliate every morning am always
eager to check my Streams tab to see what my uplines have written the previous days.
There is no way an affiliate will scroll through the same page everyday without stopping
someday to read the content of the page. Thats why its always good to drop a catchy
and encouraging message on your Stream tab.This has help me few things my uplines
do to build their own business.
Leadership page: This is called leadership page in order for all leaders to be a able to
display necessary information need by the downlines. You need to upload your
leadership page blog to be able to get result time to time. You must include the
leadership page updates in your team mail, stream post and etc. Include your
recommendations on the page, such as S-builder Co-op, Tcredits, PSA Go and many
more
Team Contest: Incase you have been encouraging your team on building their own team
and it seems not yielding better result, you can set up a contest, this helps communicate
better, they all want to read your n ext blog, your newsletter and etc
Team mail: Always find time to compose a better message in your weekly team mails.
Most affiliates want to see "what does our sponsor have for us now". Your update them
about SFI and how they can grow there business, that way you can get better results.
Also, I know it when my PSA requires or need few VP to making the next badge all I do
is send message of a token of gift certificate to be used in qualification and I inturn get
my reward in VP and cash. Once they have made the level I use the mover ro send them
congratulations message. This way you can always get a better response from what you
try to pass across to them.
Like I said earlier, the content of what you are trying to pass across is what determines
