(a) Your question is very intriguing as no one else knows your financial condition. No one knows how many PSAs (active ones) you have? No one knows much about your goals other than you.
So, you are the best judge when you should start purchasing extra PSAs. PSAs can be bought from these sources:
1. Direct sales from TripleClicks.com (PSAs to go)
2. From various CSAs selling PSAs
3. From Bid & Build Auctions.
4. Can also be assigned by your up lines etc.
(b) It entirely depends upon your need and you should take into account your budget for the month as well. I have come across members buying 500 PSAs at a stretch.
(c) As I earlier quoted no one can suggest you accurately as to when you should start buying PSAs. If you you feel the need to have more PSAs and have the required budget, start buying PSAs by all means without any hesitation.
(d) I wish you all the best for getting at least 5% good PSAs who turns out to be Leaders even better than you. Still you will be better off with them working in a lower rank than them.
