Depends but for me personal, TCredits.. you can buy things on TripleClicks,can earn MRP with them,can play games,can Bid auctions,can earn Versa Points,thanks to TCredits if they are short with VP at the end of month they can but TC on TripleClicks and they can gain some VP and become EA or EA2 and etc... but do that after you see that they really want to do this job,and of course they should earn TC and you should not always giving them yours :)
