I have a dream. My dream is about reaching DTL on my goal date and to enjoy the fruits of my labour.

It needs a plan, simple enough to act on and big enough to spur me on, to keep the fire burning and not to be discouraged when things don’t go according to my plan.

So it starts with simple tasks to do. Logging in daily and earning VPs as well as learning all I could to understand how SFI works. know how to make use of my strength and not be weaken by my lack of technical skills.

By following the SFI Rules of Success, I treat my business like a real business, not a job or a hobby.

By doing productive and uncomplicated things that will help my business grow everyday. It's only by doing, by taking action everyday with the aid of SFI Power Tools will my business grow and be a roaring success.

My big picture is centered around my Team. I lead by example to encourage duplication. If I am a strong, active, caring and nurturing Sponsor, my team will also become strong, active, caring and nurturing sponsors.

I work with the Workers but also think about the inactives. My best Workers are on my Movers List everyday. If for a while one or two of them disappear, I seek them out to find out the reason and offer help, support, guidance and advice.

I keep in touch with the best and most active and hardest-working members of my Team to keep them at their best, most active and hardest working best.

Their success is my success, so it’s important to give praise and recognition when due, make them pretty special because of their accomplishments.

Then I shop at my TripleClicks store for products that I need and use. I also patronise ECAs for products that I use personally, or for business-building purposes. Then share links of a particular product or ECA with my team.

These are only some of the big picture things I am currently doing. Part of aiming high and dreaming big is to think BIG and not to major in minor. It is always up to me, and no one else will make it happen.
