S-builder as an SO costs you $ 22 per month. Even if you do not advertise or have no time to advertise, you get 4-5 PSAs in a month. To manage a small number of PSAs is always better than managing a tons of affiliates who do nothing after joining.
TCredits
Are also very important to get Versa Points for various activities. Playing Eager Zebra Games, Purchasing ebooks, bidding on auctions that would give you additional PSAs and MRPs. If you win an item on PBA its an added advantage.
You can Gift TCredits to your PSAs or CSAs to support them initially. You can purchase your items from ECA/TripleClicks by paying Cash or TCredits.

My conclusion is that you should by at least one unit of S-Builder and at least 125 TCredits every month as an Standing Order.
