To a large extent if we are not careful, we sometimes risk treating affiliates as numbers or statistics in our business. It is extremely important we remember the importance of the human touch when dealing with fellow affiliates and especially active affiliates.
Daily check your MOVERS tab for the most active of affiliates.
You can also check their ledger to see which points they still need.
You can reward or recognize them by:
- a quick message or quick tip on chat or email to commend their good work or to show them how they can progress further.
- For affiliates who have reached crucial status such as EA, BTL, STL, GTL etc. you can send an e-card/email and/or
- a congratulations on the STREAM tab which is great as your other downlines can see this too.
- a recognition can also be posted on your Leadership Page of affiliates who have made remarkable progress and achievements.
We can also reward them with TCredits especially with new affiliates who just joined or have reached EA.
Gift certificates are a great and motivating idea to show your appreciation of active affiliates and their efforts.
If you know your affiliate well enough, a more specific product from TripleClicks can be used as your gift. For example, earrings for an affiliate who enjoys jewelery and fashion.
Finally, we should just ensure that our most active affiliates know we as team leaders are always around and available to give support just by remaining in contact constantly.
