The best way to show your appreciation is definitely a timely acknowledgement of their effort. The ways and means may vary from person to person. I would follow a multi-pronged acknowledgement depending on the achievement that they have.

You can have one or a combination of the following to achieve this goal:

Acknowledgement and showing Gratitude

1. Immediate release of an E Card.
2. Sharing the achievement on Stream Post
3. Sharing it on your Leadership

It is always nice to be rewarded for our efforts, so showing your appreciation to your downlines who are active and committed to their SFI business, is a very important part of becoming an Awesome Sponsor. There are many ways in which you can reward them.

First of all, let them know via email or by E-Card that they are doing very well, congratulate them on achievements or milestones, like when they attain certain ranks, everyone loves to receive thanks for their efforts.

Secondly,

The best way to show your appreciation for the efforts of your active team is to use ECards. ECards are easy to send and can address a spectrum of acheivements. As the saying is . . . it is not the gift that counts but the thought. Getting an ECard even from an A2A friend is very uplifting and encouraging. So sponsors can really be personal with ECards.

Likewise, TCredits are like the gift that keeps giving. While 10 TCredits may not be a lot, DB auction use yeild 100 MRP.

There are several ways in which you can reward or appreciate your hard working affiliates and some examples available on your SFI homepage include:

1. Gift certificates
2. Tcredits
3. PSA re-assignments
4. Allow them to join your Co-op if you have one.
5. Congratulatory messages through E-cards

The first thing one has to do is send a message of congratulations or encouragement and this will show your active affiliates that you recognise and appreciate

What are the best ways to show your appreciation for the efforts of your most active affiliates?

Most answers I have read to this question so far say similar things, basically that I should: -
• Recognise and acknowledge their efforts, and
• Reward them with gifts of various kinds.

I certainly agree with the first part. Yes, I do recognise and acknowledger their achievements. I do this by sending them an E-Card and by mentioning them in my Stream posts and TeamMails.

As you are building your home business with SFI and TripleClicks you will find a few affiliates PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates) and CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates) who are very active in your team.

The activity of your teammates is what will take you to the top levels in SFI and TripleClicks. The more active members you have, the greater your success level will be.

With that said, it is important to show proper appreciation for the work that is being

The best ways to show your appreciation to your most active affiliates are:

1. Send an eCard or an email, congratulating them on their achievements.

2. Post congratulation messages in the Stream or in the Forum.

3. Place these affiliates in your co-ops for free and reward them with new affiliates.

4. Reassign EAs or higher to them, if possible, to grow your team.

Above all, continue to support them with encouragement and help them

I show appreciation to all my team members. I appreciate them as people who joined SFI seeking to better their situation, taking action to change their conditions, working to make things better for themselves and their families. The welcome letter is the first tool and it is meant to be sent to all new sign-ups to make them feel welcome and appreciated

The most active affiliates will likely emerge as part of our "Movers". We can display that list every day up to 50 affiliates,

Encouraging words, is something everyone likes to hear.

Examples :

"Well done,"
"You are doing really well."
"So proud to have you in The Team."
"It is people like you that encourage others not to give up."
"I can see you have determination"...

Yes giving T Credits and Gift Certificates also helps
But in my experience building up the affiliate's moral and showing you
genuinely care,

Hi Augustine,

I send Group Mailings weekly to my complete team, so no one is left out IF they read the mailing. I explain my contest or co-op at the end of every mailing I send.

It's not only important to communicate with all your team, but it may change an old affiliate's mind and come back to work at SFI. This could be because their situation has changed. They miss SFI or they want to be included in the contest or Co-op. I have had a few that had started, left, and then
